Y0!

It's been two weeks since arriving here. I already feel it's the most important and apparently the best decision in my life so far even though it's not even a summer here yet. :)

One of the reasons to come here was to improve my English until it becomes so clear that I feel I can easily be free to express myself in any kind of situation or any kind of company out there. Now, I feel this is the main obstacle for me to get out of the Estonian language barrier. & I think daily writing would be a huge factor that can improve the chances to succeed faster, so from now on I decided to dedicate at least 10 minutes a day to blog or call it whatever you want.

I think New Zealand is the perfect way to improve the speaking skills because the environment is one of the thoughtest in the world. Kiwis are speaking sooooo freaking fast and quiet which makes it reaaaaly hard (first two weeks in) to understand exactly. Even more while talking on the phone. Even more, about serious business etc, but it will get better from day to day. Also my writing, vocabulary and thinking. I surely need to develop a habit to think in English in order to become successful in this. Or what do you think? Anyways, practice makes it perfect.

I am already 6 minutes of my new habit and see what I have done here. Amazing, isn't it? ;) Imagine how many words I could write in a fucken year, haha!

So anyways, today arrived my partner in crime — Madis — amazing guy, my best friend, buddy, motherfucking hustler, value creator and super conscious guy who I really love to spend time with. Super pumped that it is him who joined me here in this journey. Honestly couldn't ask for better person to be around. I got a massive opportunity and a great luck to know this guy for so many years already. It's like a fucking BINGO! Cheers to that!

With him I am like this guy.

It's my second day on my new job that pays me good money but I still already actually feel that I need to work for myself instead for others even though it could be really hard here as the cost of living is high. Thanks a lot for the opportunity to work as a business dev guy here in Auckland, for the same startup as I used to, under better performing team and conditions.
Coming here, I never accepted anything less than extraordinary and this is a great thing to start with so I will definitely do my best to provide value for the guys in charge here, to really earn my paycheck.
I actually think there are only two types of employees — the ones who steal from their employer and the ones who earn their money and provide value. I always try to be the man who creates value and when I feel I can't provide I am just going to shout it out loud and improve or leave. Let's see what happens after two weeks. Either I will continue here or I will continue somewhere else, but I definitely see I can provide them a lot of new leads and the technology they are missing.

As I went to a Meetup event last Saturday I met a guy from South Africa and now we are about to meet and trade together on the markets.
I am really excited to become a profitable trader, but I do too many mistakes now but actually they need to be experienced rather sooner than later. Still, I am not putting as much time as I could. Actually, I should go ALL IN and just focus on this in order to become a good trader within a year, rather than hustling around other things as well.

Now, after the first day trading with my new buddy, I decided I need to document not only the journey here in NZ but I also need to write down all my trades and analyze them every single day. For that I decided to make another page to my site with all my daily trades that are available for everybody to see. As the sums are not high right now, I am open to show you my trades, how much I lose and how much I win since it is not a get quick rich scheme but rather than a life long journey where you will make a lot of mistakes, lose a lot of money and at the same time win a lot of money too.

The whole point is you have to keep the money you win and lose as few trades as possible. 95% of the market is constantly losing. Only 5% make money which all comes from the other ninety five.

Yeah, so today 1. November I paid my subscription to finally gain momentum with this blog thingy which I am sure I will from now on continue with, because it's paid you know lol. I like the idea of writing 10 minutes a day, as well as I naturally like to write, but I have forgot how to. Let's see how it goez!

Merci for reading, kisses & huggs etc.
