Eating —

Research shows that many biological repair and rejuvenation processes take place when there is an absence of food.
Intermittent fasting gives our body a break from eating throughout the day, turning our bodies from an energy surplus machine into an energy deficit machine.
Eating all day never allows your body the time to clean out all the garbage and regenerate.

In order to start using your fat stores as fuel (fat burning), your body has to be completely devoid of its blood sugar and glycogen stores. This only happens when we go without food for a period of eight to twelve hours.

Fasting and limiting intake of when we eat allows our body to use stored fats, heal the damaged cells and tissues of our body and work as a real engine.

I’ve now been eating in 8-hour window for 9 months and will never go back to eating normally.

Honor your temple by taking care of it to the best of your ability and make it as healthy as you can. ;)
